(I) Generic Technology Services
To address the bottlenecks and challenges faced by enterprises across various stages of innovation, entrepreneurship, and the industrial value chain, we are continuously strengthening the supply of generic technology services for the industry. As of June 2026, focusing on key sectors such as integrated circuits (IC), artificial intelligence (AI), next-generation information technology, medical devices, biomedicine, smart manufacturing, and commercial aerospace, the Group has built and operated 50 generic technology service platforms through independent development, strategic investments, and collaborative partnerships. These platforms aim to facilitate services for critical phases, including Proof of Concept (PoC), commercialization of research achievements, and pilot testing, comprehensively enhance service capabilities in specialized industry segments, and help bridge the entire chain from original innovation to industrial application.
(II) Sci-Tech Consulting Services
Our sci-tech consulting services focus on the deep integration of sci-tech innovation with industrial innovation. We provide think tank consulting services encompassing the formulation of major government plans, key industry research, and the evaluation and review of major special programs, major projects, and major investments. We also offer full-process project consulting services for the development of national strategic sci-tech strength, as well as for innovation and entrepreneurship entities. Our core products include industry research reports, feasibility study reports, funding application reports, project review reports, and performance evaluation reports. As of June 2026, we have cumulatively prepared over 3,000 plans (research projects) for governments at all levels, including national and Beijing municipal authorities. The cumulative funding scale of government investment projects we have reviewed exceeds RMB 10 trillion, and we have cumulatively served over 10,000 national strategic sci-tech entities and technology-based enterprises.
(III) Intellectual Property Services
Our intellectual property (IP) services focus on the full-lifecycle intangible asset operation for sci-tech innovators. We have launched an integrated solution of “IP, Capital, and Industry” dedicated to enhancing core capabilities, namely R&D navigation, IP creation, industrial commercialization, and IPO compliance. By bridging the entire value chain from R&D and protection to industrialization and capitalization, we have consolidated enterprises’ competitive advantages in intangible assets. Our business scope covers patent early-warning and strategic layout, trademark and trade secret protection, IP-backed financing, IP valuation and due diligence, rights protection and IP trading, as well as IPO compliance consulting. We also provide highly customized IP services for all types of innovators. As of June 2026, we have facilitated over RMB 5 billion in IP financing, revitalized 2,000 core enterprise IPs, and served nearly 1,000 sci-tech innovation enterprises.
(IV) Forum & Exhibition Services
Focusing on the long-term brand operation of the ZGC Forum, our forum and exhibition services are dedicated to aggregating the sci-tech innovation ecosystem, global sci-tech innovation resources, and the resource advantages of Zhongguancun. We are mainly engaged in three major business segments, namely professional sci-tech exhibitions, forum market operations, and international sci-tech exchanges. Our service offerings cover professional and tech-empowered event organization, volunteer operations, IP and merchandise development, brand operations, membership system management, forum brand management, external cooperation and exchanges, liaison with international organizations, guest resource coordination, and other cross-border exchange activities. As the operator of the ZGC Forum, we have organized multiple sessions of the ZGC Forum for consecutive years while serving thousands of sci-tech innovation guests from over 100 countries worldwide. We have also undertaken major national-level events, including the 1st Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange, the planning of the sci-tech event solution for the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and the opening ceremony of the supporting activities for the Global Summit of Women. By building a full-chain service system of “Technology, Exhibition, and Ecosystem”, we have provided comprehensive services for academicians, experts, top-tier research teams, and various innovative entities, ultimately empowering the implementation of international sci-tech cooperation.
(V) Ecosystem Development Services
To support the development of the Beijing (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) International Center for Science and Technology Innovation and a world-leading science and technology park, the Group has deeply leveraged the advantages of the core areas hosting high-end, precision, and cutting-edge industries in Beijing. Currently, we are operating 26 specialized industrial parks across Beijing, including the ZGC Software Park, ZGC Integrated Circuit Design Park, ZGC High-end Medical Equipment Park, Zhongguancun Emerging Industry Frontier Technology Research Institute, South Central Axis International Culture and Technology Park, ZGC (Jingxi) AI Technology Park, and ZGC Industrial Internet Park. With a total operation area of 2.26 million square meters, we provide full-chain services for over 17,000 innovation and entrepreneurship entities, and have attracted more than 1,000 high-quality market players, including national high-tech enterprises, “Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative” (SRDI) enterprises, unicorn companies, and publicly listed companies. We have progressively developed an industry-led, demand-oriented, and space-based park operation model that is characterized by integrated innovation ecosystem services, with the full-process incubation and acceleration of industries at its core, thereby facilitating the deep integration of technological innovation with industrial innovation.
