(I) Domestic Layout

The Group is actively building a nationwide innovation network to deepen regional resource synergy and industrial collaboration. We have been thoroughly implementing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy by leveraging Beijing’s enabling role and demonstration effect. To date, we have successfully built and operated a series of key projects, including the Zhongguancun Science Park in Xiong’an New Area, Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Collaborative Innovation Demonstration Base, Baoding Zhongguancun Innovation Center, and Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City. Overall, we have formed a tiered layout with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the core, supported by projects in cities such as Nanning and Sanming, and extending to key cities rich in sci-tech innovation resources. To date, we have operated 78 specialized parks across more than 40 cities nationwide, with a total area of 5.62 million square meters.

(II) Global Layout

Focusing on the needs of government and corporate clients, we provide a wide range of “Going Global and Bringing In” services, including government overseas visits, overseas investment promotion workstations, investment promotion & talent introduction, integrated services for enterprise overseas expansion, investment and advisory services, “exhibition+” services, and cross-border business delegations and study tours. As of June 2026, we have established over 20 strategic nodes across our global innovation network.  We have cumulatively participated in the establishment of 10 overseas funds, with total assets under management exceeding USD 1 billion and covering more than 500 global technology projects.
