Financial leasing services are focusing on the technological transformation and growth of science and technology innovation enterprises, providing comprehensive solutions for industrial leasing, industrial investment and industrial services to these enterprises, and safeguarding their leap from "specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative" to "industry leaders/unicorns".

Industrial leasing business includes project-based leasing, service-oriented leasing, sales-oriented leasing, operating-based leasing, etc. Industrial investment business includes VC investment, mezzanine investment, M&A investment, etc. Industrial services include market analysis, business-model optimization, market development and equipment operation services, etc.

To date, we have provided over 2,500 times of services to innovative high-tech enterprises, over 1,000 times to Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative (SSDI) Enterprises, and over 300 times to SSDI " Little Giant" enterprises, with accumulated debt financing exceeding RMB53 billion provided to innovation-based enterprises. 

2. Sci-tech Guarantee Service

We have optimized and iterated a comprehensive financial service system covering the entire life cycle of enterprises and the whole supply chain. The system includes the standardized "Entrepreneurship Guarantee" product for start-ups with great development potential; "Inclusive Guarantee", a standardized innovative product, that could be operated online throughout the process; efficient and precise support for specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative companies by the "Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative (SSDI) Green Channel" and the " Active Credit Extension Programme for SSDI ‘Little Giants’ " to help the real economy develop steadily. In addition, we have also expanded direct financing channels for MSMEs, connected innovative high-tech enterprises with multi-level diversified market platforms, and designed and launched products like intellectual property ABS and supply chain reverse factoring ABS.

As of now, the Group has delivered over 160,000 corporate services with a guaranteed value exceeding 600 billion yuan, while facilitating IPO listings for more than 200 enterprises across global capital markets.
