(I) Financial Leasing Services
Our financial leasing services focus on hardcore technology enterprises currently experiencing the “1-to-10” explosive industrialization phase. We are dedicated to providing integrated “leasing-investment-service” solutions across three high-growth sectors, namely “AI + New Energy Equipment”, “AI + Smart Logistics Equipment”, and “AI + Robotics”. By deeply combining customized financial leasing, strategic equity investment, and scenario-based industrial services, we help enterprises navigate the critical growth stage from technological breakthrough to large-scale commercialization. Specifically, technology leasing encompasses both finance leases and operating leases, aiming to facilitate product sales and optimize business models. Industrial investment includes venture capital and M&A investment, enabling us to grow alongside our enterprise partners. Industrial services cover demand and information matchmaking, management consulting, and ecosystem building. As of June 2026, we have cumulatively served over 2,800 technology enterprises, including more than 1,100 “Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative” (SRDI) enterprises and over 400 “Little Giant” enterprises, while helping more than 50 companies complete their initial public offerings (IPOs).
(II) Technology Guarantee Services
Our technology guarantee services are designed for sci-tech innovation enterprises and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) that face challenges such as insufficient credit records, lack of effective collateral, or inadequate collateral during the financing process. We provide a series of guarantee services including loan guarantees, direct financing guarantees, letter of guarantee services, and entrusted loans. In addition, we have continuously optimized and upgraded a comprehensive financial service system that covers the full lifecycle and entire value chain of enterprises. This portfolio includes “Pu Hui Bao”, a fully online and standardized product; “Chuang Tou Dan”, which focuses on “hardcore technology and micro- and small-sized enterprises” and operates on a core model of “financing guarantees and equity warrants” to accompany enterprise growth through financial support and full-lifecycle industrial empowerment; and “Chuang Xiang Dan”, which is tailored to solve the medium-to-long-term capital needs of MSMEs during their critical growth stages. Focusing on the diverse financing scenarios of MSMEs, we also provide complementary guarantee services such as supply chain financing, M&A loans, and talent loans. Furthermore, we actively broaden direct financing channels for MSMEs by connecting them with multi-tier market platforms through advanced instruments such as Intellectual Property ABS (Asset-Backed Securities) and Sci-Tech Innovation Bonds. By leveraging sci-tech innovation bond products, we build collaborative service bridges among multiple stakeholders, deliver targeted financial services to the technology sector, and foster a sustainable sci-tech innovation ecosystem empowered by finance. As of June 2026, we have cumulatively provided guarantee services totaling over RMB 600 billion.
