As the first industrial park to start construction in the International Life and Health Community near Daxing Airport, the International Regenerative Medicine Industrial Park project has recently started building and is expected to be completed in June 2025.

The park is designed to be an industrial cluster for foreign and domestic regenerative medicine innovative product manufacturers, service firms on the industrial chain, and original research, development and innovation enterprises.

The International Regenerative Medicine Industrial Park is the first industrial park to start construction among the Daxing parks of the high-end-industry area of Beijing Free Trade Zone.

The project is invested by Beijing New Aerotropolis Holdings Co., LTD., with a total investment of about 770 million yuan and an overall construction area of around 100,000 square meters. And ZGC Medical Device Park provides light asset services.

Centering around the regenerative medicine industrial chain, the park will attract all kinds of R&D institutions and manufacturers, Contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), contract research organization (CRO) and other third-party professional service companies to build a regenerative medicine industrial agglomeration based on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
