On June 13, an agreement was signed for the construction of ZGC Industrial-Internet Industrial Park Phase II. 

ZGC Industrial-Internet Industrial Park has been designated as one of the bases for demonstrating industrial innovation applications in the field of industrial internet.The Industrial Park comprises of two parts, the pilot zone and the core zone. The pilot zone was officially opened In September 2020 and now hosts dozens of enterprises and agencies in line with its industrial positioning.

The construction of the core zone is divided into two phases. The first phase is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. Although the second phase is closely interconnected with the first one, but it will be unfolding in a distinct manner. Based in the western region of Beijing, it will continue to inject vitality into the high-quality development of the industrial internet industry in Beijing and even across China.

In the second phase, a series of relevant spaces will be built to provide enterprises with comprehensive ecological services throughout the entire life cycle from incubation, acceleration to industrialization. These places include corporate headquarters, an exhibition center, talent training bases, an international conference center, test and verification platforms, demonstration production lines and talent apartments. The construction commenced in March 2023, with an anticipated operational date of 2026. 

ZGC Industrial-Internet Industrial Park has gathered a number of leading companies over the past three years, initially forming an industrial cluster. In the future, the second phase will speed up its construction and further bolster the high-quality industrial ecosystem in western Beijing.
