The Special Event of “Smart Agriculture” International Cooperation and Exchange, i.e. the Zhongguancun International Technology Trading Conference of 2023 Zhongguancun Forum, was successfully held in the report hall of the International Conference Center of ZGC Software Park on the afternoon of May 30. This event was sponsored by Beijing Science and Technology Association and ZGC Development Group and jointly organized by Beijing CAPITAL SCI Tech Group Corp and Beijing Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance (BEIJING INNOVATION ALLIANCE).

This event promoted international cooperation and exchange in agriculture from a higher historical position and in a broader global perspective. It focused on collaborative innovation and knowledge sharing, with technology trading as the main line, following the theme of “Open and Cooperate for a Common Future” and relying on the main platform of the 2023 Zhongguancun Forum.

Eight leading experts from both China and abroad, including Zhao Chunjiang from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, were invited to discuss how to integrate “digital economy” with rural revitalization, and how to build an international exchange and cooperation platform for smart agricultural technology, making a contribution to China’s comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and accelerated agricultural and rural modernization.

At the forum, the experts shared their best practices and experiences in smart agriculture and showcased the latest technology products and solutions. Beijing CAPITAL SCI Tech Group and Beijing Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance (BEIJING INNOVATION ALLIANCE) jointly released the Product Catalogue of “Smart Agriculture” International Cooperation and Exchange.

The Product Catalogue includes 23 cutting-edge agricultural products from China Agricultural University, Beijing College of Agriculture, Guonong Robot Industry Innovation Research Institute, and other high-tech enterprises. These products cover a wide range of domains, such as agricultural ecology, agricultural big data platform, digital technology applications and more. These products have exceptional technical advantages in terms of intensification, scale economy and high-precision positioning and so on, effectively saving time and manpower while improving work efficiency.

These 23 products also cover all aspects of the agricultural industry chain, including production, management, operation, service and etc., providing information-based production management for modern agriculture. They have important economic and social significance in reducing resource waste, enhancing agricultural productivity, driving agricultural modernization and the development of rural economy, and promoting sustainable agricultural development and rural revitalization.

These consensual practices imbued the “Smart Agriculture” special event with a spirit of “cooperation and sharing”. The special event has also enabled the launch and signing of three cooperation projects: Smart Beekeeping System, Eco-circular Agriculture Project (which uses new PH-adjustable organic fertilizer production techniques), and Smart Supply Chain Platform. 

With the opportunity presented by this event, Beijing CAPITAL SCI Tech Group will continue to build the collaborative development platform with five parts: industry, academia, research, users and finance. It will also innovate service methods to help ZGC Development Group achieve new accomplishments in the construction of “Agricultural Zhongguancun”.
