In the first two months of this year, ZGC Sci-tech Guarantee provided nearly 9 billion yuan of financing guarantees for small- and micro-enterprises and sci-tech innovative firms, benefiting 1797 companies in total.

Recently, VICA Group, a small “Specialized and Sophisticated” firm, formally introduced a special breeding pig, signaling that China’s breeding pig sector has improved its efficiency and pigs’ disease resistance. With further improvement of the self-sufficiency of breeding pigs, supply of non-staple food is more secure.

VICA Group encountered a variety of financing problems in different stages of development, a person in charge of VICA said. ZGC Sci-tech Guarantee has provided VICA with more than 1 billion yuan financing guarantee, helping the firm address financial needs in different development stages. In particular, before the Spring Festival in 2023, ZGC Sci-tech Guarantee provided it multiple bank-loan guarantees totaling tens of millions of yuan through the newly opened “green channel”, ensuring a steady supply of funds and agricultural production in the new year.

Prior to the Spring Festival of 2023, Beijing TCHZT Info-tech Co., Ltd, a small high-tech firm, failed to collect its accounts receivable as expected and faced liquidity difficulties. In face of this difficulty, TCHZT soon secured a 2 mn yuan low-fee and  credit loan guarantee through “Puhuibao”, an online service of ZGC Sci-tech Guarantee, effectively alleviating the financial strain.

“Puhuibao 2.0” allows users apply, transmit data, get approval, sign contracts and receive loans online. According to statistics, “Puhuibao 2.0” provided 195 times of financing guarantee services totaling 404 mn yuan to small- and micro-enterprises in February alone.
