ZGC Industrial Internet Industrial Park Started the Construction of Its Second Phase

On the morning of March 22, a groundbreaking mobilization meeting was held for Phase II (plot No. 605) of ZGC Industrial Internet Industrial Park in Shijingshan District, Beijing.

The Park is an industrial cluster area jointly created by ZGC Development Group and Shijingshan District, planning to have a pilot zone and a core zone.

The pilot zone, located in the Gucheng Entrepreneurship Building, Shijingshan District, officially opened in September 2020. Dozens of enterprises have settled in the pilot zone, which is the starting point of the industrial park.

The core zone is built in two phases. The first phase of construction started in September 2021, with the main structure capped in November 2022. It is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.

Now, the second phase has also began construction. According to the plan, the core zone has eight industrial formats: data center, exhibition center, hard technology incubator, talent training base, demonstration production line, international conference center, testing and verification platform, and engineering laboratory. It will build an industrial ecosystem, with one center, one alliance, one fund, one base and three platforms.

After completion, the park will gather enterprises in seven sub-sectors, including industrial internet network, industrial automation and edge computing, industrial internet platform, industrial software and APP, industrial intelligence, industrial vision/virtual reality, industrial Internet and producer services. They will work together to build an industrial hub for industrial Internet and help high-quality development of regional economy.
