On July 14, Beijing Yanqing District and ZGC Development Group signed a cooperation agreement to jointly plan a new chapter for the development of Sci-tech Parks in the post-Winter Olympics periods.

The two sides plan to build the Innovation Hub into a high-quality and well-functioning demonstration park suitable for residents and businesses, a premium and affordable innovation space that can grow with start-ups, and a digital intelligent park covering the whole chain of industrial services.

Meanwhile, they will empower the existing space carrier with innovative ecological integration service, carry out asset-light operation and industrial organization, and accelerate the deployment of key regional projects, to realize the cluster development of ecological, digital and intelligent industries.

ZGC Development Group will make full use of its advantages as an integration service provider for the innovation ecology by introducing more than 180 integrated service products in 20 categories, such as equity investment, financial services, professional services, industrial park development and operation, to sci-tech companies located in Yanqing District.

In order to serve high-quality development, the Group plans to build an innovation ecosystem based on the mode of“1+1+1+N”, that is one platform  of characteristic integrated service, one fund for cutting-edge industries , one base of ZGC· Innovation Hub at the Foot of the Great Wall and N scenes (multiple scenarios around digital and intelligent industries).
