Beijing IP Operation and Management Co., Ltd. (“Beijing IP”) was recently designated as the service agency of “IP Service Manager Project of ZGC National IP System Demonstration Park (“Huairou Science City”). Beijing IP’s been the IP manager of Huairou Science City for two consecutive years.

The project aims to provide a full range of tailored IP services for the Science Park, to boost the level of IP service of the Park.

In 2021, when serving as the IP manager, Beijing IP made use of massive global patent data to conduct in-depth analysis on the innovation and development trend of the commercial aerospace industry, to which Huairou Science City had been paying attention.

At the same time, Beijing IP carried out a thorough survey of the existing IP rights and technology incubation and transfer of nine cross-research platforms, such as material genome and laser acceleration, which are planned to be built in Huairou Science City.  Beijing IP also evaluated the prospects of industrialization taking in account the domestic and foreign situations of upstream and down stream sectors. In addition, Beijing IP effectively enhanced the capability of comprehensively utilizing IP rights of Huairou Science City by means of one-to-one visits by experts and a series of training.
