On April 12^th, the signing ceremony of joint operation of heavy and light assets of South Central Axis International Culture and Technology Park was held in ZGC Development Group. Four operating institutions, i.e. China Service Trade Association, ZGC Big Data Industrial Alliance, ZGC IC Park and ZGC Overseas Sci-tech Park Company, signed cooperation agreements with the park. They will make concerted efforts to promote the development of the park by complementing each other’s advantages in industrial investment promotion, industrial organization and innovation-ecosystem construction.

South Central Axis International Culture and Technology Park has obvious geographical advantages, adjacent to the South Third Ring Road where subway Line 10 and Line 8 intersect. Close to transportation hubs, such as Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station, Fengtai Railway Station, Caoqiao and Lize Terminals of Daxing Airport, it is about half an hour’s drive from Daxing International Airport, enjoying convenient transportation.

The park was officially unveiled in December last year. At present, it is reconstructing the park and solicitating investment. The first phrase is expected to open this year and the entire project will be completed and put into operation by 2023.
