ZGC IIOT Industrial Park (“IIOT Industrial Park”), co-founded by Shijingshan District and ZGD Development Group and operated by ZGC Software Park, won the honor of “Most Potential Industrial Park of the Year”, on the list of “2020 Cornerstones of Smart Building” published by China Industry News.

IIOT Industrial Park aims to build a first-class IIOT integration center both in China and around the world. It is divided into a pilot area, a core area and an expansion area. The pilot area sits at the Gucheng Startup Building, No.1 Yard, North Tianshunzhuang Road, Shijingshan District, with a construction area of of 30,500 square meters; the core area, covering an area of 450,000 square meters, will start its construction in 2021; the expansion area will incorporate Shougang high-end-industry comprehensive service area.

The IIOT Park has an unique “vertical greening system” that will provide its users “a sense of forest”, an unprecedented environmental experience. The forest coverage of Shijingshan District, in which the park is located, is 51.31%, making the working environment more like a forest. 

In space, the Industrial Park forms a pattern of “pilot area-core area-expansion area”, and in operation sequence, a pattern of “near term-midterm-long term”, enabling the industrial space to open gradually.

The development starts from the pilot area, Guchen Startup Building and its surrounding area, then extends to the core area, around Xijing plot, finally radiates to New Shougang Area and the whole Shijingshan District.

Guchen Startup Building, the first project of the pilot area, sits on the north side of the west extension line of Chang’an Street, with superior geographical position and convenient transportation. The pilot area will be built into a gathering area for IIOT enterprises, including industrial software firms, IIOT platform, R&D firms centering around 5G and industrial control and security technology, next generation IT companies and etc.   

Currently, the pilot area has embraced many leading IIOT enterprises, such as INDICS, Kyland, Aerospace TT&C, Shougang Automation and CEC IIOT and so on. And several nation-level IIOT public service platforms have been put into operation, including National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center and etc.
