The ZGC Development Group was Selected as the “2016 Global Growing Company” by the World Economic Forum


On June 15, Liu Chang, director of enterprise affairs of the Big China with the World Economic Forum (WEF), and Zhang Li, director of enterprise cooperation of the Big China with the WEF, visited the ZGC Development Group, and awarded the “Global Growing Company” certificate to the Group on behalf of WEF. 

Meanwhile, the Group was also invited to attend “The 10th Annual Meeting of New Champions of WEF” (Summer Davos Forum) held in Tianjin from June 26 to June 28. The theme of this year’s annual meeting was “The 4th Industrial Revolution – the Power of Transformation”. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will host the opening ceremony for it. It is expected to be attended by more than 1,500 leaders of all sectors from over 90 countries and regions. 

The World Economic Forum is one of the most important unofficial forums for famous politics, businessmen and leaders of civil and social organizations to discuss world economic issues. The Forum has more than 1,000 members, all of them are world-renowned corporates.

The “Global Growing Companies” selected by the WEF are dynamic high-growth companies with potential to become future industry leaders and to drive changes in economy and society. At present, the WEF has 500 “Global Growing Companies”, which gather the innovative enterprises of the world and represent the most advanced productivity of the world.
