Recently, a delegation from ZGC Group visited Vietnam and Singapore to conduct business inspections and successfully completed the unveiling ceremony of three physical sites for the “ZGC AI Business International Service Hub (ASEAN)”.

Industrial AI Talent Training Base (Vietnam SeaRays): Leveraging its 2024 investment in SeaRays, the Group is capitalizing on the company’s strengths in industrial AI and industry-education integration. With the base in Vietnam as the core, the Group integrates Zhongguancun’s superior sci-tech innovation resources with localized operational capabilities to build a talent and technology service bridge for Chinese AI companies expanding into ASEAN.

Industrial Park Service Hub (Vietnam VSIP Bac Ninh): Located in a core industrial park in Vietnam, this hub aims to provide one-stop services for Chinese enterprises, including site and workspace matching, policy adaptation, and implementation guidance. During the visit, the Group hosted a dedicated matchmaking session on site, helping several companies reach preliminary intentions to establish operations there.

Investment Service Hub (Singapore Fuel Ventures Asia): Capitalizing on Singapore’s advantages as an international capital hub, the Group has established a regular cross-border investment and financing matchmaking channel. This initiative will provide capital empowerment and industrial resource support for Zhongguancun’s sci-tech innovation enterprises seeking to establish a firm foothold in the ASEAN market.
