On July 3rd, at the 2025 ASEAN Conference in Singapore, Zhongguancun International Holdings, a subsidiary of the ZGC Development Group, signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with United Overseas Bank (China), marking another significant achievement of their strong alliance after the "ASEAN Innovation Cooperation and Development Forum".

According to the memorandum, Zhongguancun International Holdings will leverage its advantages in gathering high-tech enterprises, improving technology service system, and integrating international resources. It will work with United Overseas Bank (China) and use its international platform to create a comprehensive service model — "technology + industry + capital" — for the ASEAN market, providing all-round support for Zhongguancun enterprises seeking to go abroad. Meanwhile, United Overseas Bank (China) will provide comprehensive financial support to those enterprises, including working capital loans, cash management, supply chain finance, and investment banking and other services.
