On September 9, during the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), ZGC Group Co., Ltd. and Bank of China Beijing Branch signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Under the comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides will pursue systematic cooperation in key areas including investment-loan linkage, technology finance, commercialization of research outcomes, and the Zhongguancun Forum. The cooperation will facilitate broad engagement and deeper collaboration between Bank of China Beijing Branch and innovative and entrepreneurial entities in Zhongguancun, creating practical examples and benchmark cases of the deep integration of financial support with technological and industrial innovation.

Following the signing ceremony, the two sides held a ceremony to launch the “Technology Loan + Equity Subscription Option from External Partners” service solution and sign the first transaction. Bank of China Beijing Branch, together with BOC International (China) Co., Ltd. (BOCI) and Beijing Zhongguancun Capital Fund Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ZGC Group, officially launched the financial service solution and completed its first transaction.
