Recently, GT101, a tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy product independently developed by Beijing GRIT Biotherapeutics Co., Ltd. (GRIT Biotherapeutics), a portfolio company of ZGC Group, obtained implicit clinical trial approval (for INDs) from the Center for Drug Evaluation of China’s National Medical Products Administration. The therapy is intended to be used in combination with PD-1 monoclonal antibody for first-line treatment of recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).

It is reported that GT101 is a globally leading TIL cell therapy product and the first TIL treatment approved for clinical trials in China. Currently, the product has entered phase II pivotal clinical trials for cervical cancer treatment. The approval of clinical trials for the new indication marks GT101’s entry into a new exploratory phase in the clinical development of solid tumor cell therapy beyond cervical cancer.

ZGC Capital, a subsidiary of the ZGC Group, accurately identified the company’s core competitiveness and invested in GRIT Biotherapeutics in July 2025, injecting capital momentum for its innovative R&D. Additionally, ZGC Capital provides comprehensive post-investment services, actively connecting the investee company with institutional investors and platform resources like the ZGC Forum, thereby deeply empowering corporate growth and accelerating the commercialization of research achievements.
