On January 5, 2023, ZGC Industrial Internet Co., Ltd, successfully won the use rights of 50 years for plot 1606-605, which is located in the Shijingshan Z-Park. This marks the second phase of ZGC Industrial Internet Park, i.e. the actual development stage, has been officially started.

Located in the Pingguoyuan Street, Shijingshan District, Beijing, the plot 1606-605 is adjacent to plot 1606-034 on the east side, with Shuangyuan Road on the north side, Xijing Middle Street on the west side and Jinding North Road on the south side.

The second phase of the project has a total construction area of 278,000m2, including 192,000m2 above ground and 86,000m2 underground (estimated). It will provide industrial carriers for R&D, offices and incubators, as well as supporting functions, such as expert apartments, exhibition hall and business services.

The plot 605 of the second phase and the plot 034 of the first phase will be jointly developed into the “ZGC Industrial Internet Industrial Demonstration Zone”.
