On December 17, CCB-ZGC Industrial Park REITs began trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, after its pre-issuance had gained significant attention and recognition from investors. On the first day of its public offering, the REITs increased by 30% and drove the rise of other ten REITs products. 

The REITs’ impressive performance is mainly associated with the quality of their underlying assets. The target assets of CCB-ZGC Industrial Park REITs comprise of 3 properties, namely Building 6 of Internet Innovation Center in ZGC Software Park, Building 4 of Collaborative Center and a business incubator, with their respective letting rates at 90%, 100% and 99% in the first half of 2021.
