Recently, Beijing IP has been identified as a “National High-tech Enterprise”, indicating that it has been affirmed by the government in R&D and innovation of IP operation and IP big data application among other areas.

It is known that “National High-tech Enterprises” are jointly recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation.

The certification standards include multiple indicators, such as core independent IP rights, organizational and management level of R&D, the ability to transform sci-tech achievements, financial metrics and etc. There are a series of strict requirements and approval procedures for the applicants in terms of qualification, sci-tech R&D level, operational dynamics and development capacity and so on. The qualified high-tech enterprises can enjoy incentives, such as tax relief, financing loans, enterprise listing and talent recruitment.

After five years’ development, Beijing IP has provided enterprises with comprehensive solutions, including IP big data analysis, high-value patent cultivation and operation, IP rights protection, IP finance and IP transactions.

Altogether, Beijing IP has managed more than 32,000 patents entrusted by colleges and universities as well as research institutes, enabled over 20 transferring of patents. It has completed more than 50 IP reports and nearly 14,000 big data analysis of patents, covering AI, smart sensors, graphene and high-end medical devices.
