On March 30, 2025 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference successfully held a University-Enterprise Collaborative Innovation Meeting, which became one of the forum’s important events for the first time.

In order to effectively drive enterprise-led deep integration of industry, university and research, and to build a long-term mechanism for universities and enterprises to cooperate in innovation, the University-Enterprise Collaborative Innovation Platform was initiated by China Association for Promotion of Industry-University-Research Cooperation, with ZGC Zhiku under ZGC Development Group as the operating unit. The first group of co-founding units are Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Xi 'an Jiaotong University and other national key universities.

At the event, ZGC Construction and Investment, a subsidiary of ZGC Development Group, released the Science Parks Facilitate Industry-university-research Collaboration and Enterprise Needs in Production, Education and Research.

These needs not only focus on the technology itself, but also ensure accuracy and foresight through in-depth understanding of enterprise market positioning, product planning and industry competition situation, so that enterprise needs and university scientific research resources can be accurately matched, and scientific research results can be more in line with the actual market needs.

North China University of Technology signed a contract with ZGC Industrial Internet Industrial Park and Datang Gaohong Data Network Technology Co., Ltd. to build an "Intelligent Connected Transportation Industry-university-research Collaborative Education Base".
