On the afternoon of March 28, the Zhongguancun International Technology Trade Fair，one event of the 2025 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference, successfully held the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Technology Trade and Achievement Matchmaking Conference".

This meeting mainly explored the collaborative innovation of sci-tech resources and the coordinated development of technological factor markets in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

On the basis of the "case sharing + achievements roadshow", the meeting featured activities such as keynote report, outcome docking, roundtable dialogue, and proposed to establish the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Technology Market Collaborative Innovation Consortium". 

The consortium was co-initiated by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Technology Market Association and universities, enterprises, investment and financing institutions related to key industries in the three places. It will pay close attention to the common needs of industrial chains in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, establish a regular coordination mechanism, and further deepen technology trading cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It aims to foster the construction of an innovation ecosystem that deeply integrates "industry, academia, research, finance and application", and to build a "golden bridge network" for technology transactions. This endeavor seeks to expedite the interconnection of regional technical factors and accelerate the development of new quality productivity in the region.

Through the docking of innovation resources in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the in-depth discussion by experts and scholars, the event further explored how the regional technology factor markets coordinated in the process of innovation and development.

After this activity, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei technology trade docking activities will continue in different forms under the new mechanism, and effectively promote the normal, coordinated development of technological elements in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
